Mary Lee's Suite

Mary Lee's Suite is named in honor of Mary Lee Echols Burpo (1923-1999), the mother-in-law of the founder of Allen Birthing Center. Mary Lee was a woman of achievement. She was valedictorian of her high school class, an alumni of SMU, and a professional dancer in New York prior to motherhood. She was a fun Mom & Grandma as well as a perfect Mother-in-Law. She always described her own birth experiences as "fast and easy". May her birthing spirit fill the room if you choose to labor here!
